[Resolved]  Provident Fund — PF amount not transferred

This is to inform you that I have submitted P.F. transfer form (13 Revised) in your branch Nehru Place, Delhi on dated 26.10.2007 (Copy Attached). Thereafter, I have received letter dated 11.03.2008 from EPFO Nehru Place directing to R.P.F.C. Gurgoan to transfer my provident fund (P.F.) A/c No. from HR/GGN/25210/537 to DL/19148/266 of Delhi (Copy Attached). It’s already been more then 1 year and still my Provident Fund a/c has not been transferred.

I request you to kindly transfer my P.F. A/c at the earliest. Otherwise, I request you to give confirmation letter to my previous organization Knitcraft Apparels International, Plot No. 490-491, Phase – III, Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon (H.R.), that my provident fund a/c has not been transferred with a copy to me. So that instead of waiting so long for transfer of A/c, I will apply for withdrawal of provident fund amount in my previous organization i.e... Knitcraft Apparels International, Plot No. 490-491, Phase – III, Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon (H.R.).

I hope you will help me out to resolve this matter at the earliest as it’s already been more then 1.5 year since I have deposited the form in P.F. Office Nehru Place.
