My complaint against epf office.(kandivali-mhalad office)

I had submitted form 10C and form 19. I have recieved the claim status by their internet site. as following

Receipt_no Type status remarks
80251907 Form 19 Under Process Your Claim is received on 27/01/2009 and is being processed. Kindly Try after 30 days from Submission.

80251908 Form 10C Under Process Your Claim is received on 27/01/2009 and is being processed. Kindly Try after 30 days from Submission.

till today epf office doesn't send any dd or cheque to given bank. Also I have lodge a request to epf office, but they didn't replied yet.

What should I have to do for recieve the same, please sugesst to me.

I completed my full formalities for PF amount.But till today i don't recieve any reply from that process.

This is in regards to my PF amount is due to release

I Mahamad Ashfaq from Feb 2007 i joined as Customer relation Officer in

HTMT global solutions and resigned in Nov 2008, however i have not

received my PF amount from karnataka pf office- PF# KN/46294/5293

When i checked with my organisation ( HTMT ) they said that they have

processed my Forms and had filed with PF Office for Settlement on 26 jun,

2009, since the settlement will be done by PF Office, and requested me to

contact PF Office at[protected], 25734492 and quote my PF Account

Number with HTMT for the status, but i stay in hyderabad and my financial

status doesn't permitting me to make STD to karnataka PF branch some how

i managed to do but still no response on my amount, kindly check and

release my PF amount.

This has got reference with my PF no. MH/35281/0462, please be informed that I Debashish Ghosh, had applied for withdrawal of my PF amount, accumulated in my PF no. mentioned above long back to my employer Croslands-A Division of Ranbaxy (formerly Croslands Research Laboratories Limited)

In the month of February, 2007, I had received a letter from Croslands mentioning that Form No.19 and 10-C for withdrawing of my PF/EPS dues have been duly completed, verified and attested by the employer and submitted on January 19, 2007 to the address mentioned below:

The Regional P.F. Commissioner (MH/35281/0462) * GR 39
Sub-Accounts Office
Sector 3, Plot No.222, Charkop Market
Charkop-Posiar Road, Kandivali (W)
Mumbai-400 067

Also it was mentioned in the letter that, my dues shall be directly credited in my Saving Bank A/c. no in due course.
In case of delay in settlement, you may communicate directly to the Regional P.F.Commissioner at the above mentioned address.
A copy of the acknowledgement card by your office was also attached with the letter.

After waiting long and continuously keeping in touch with Croslands, again I received a copy from your office dated 06/03/07 where it was addressed to The Director Croslands-A Division of Ranbaxy mentioning that Form No 19 received from you in respect of Debashish Ghosh is returned herewith for the following reasons:
That, Form No. 3A for the period 91-92/92-93/93-94 has/have been received.

I Debashish Ghosh was with Croslands Research Laboratories Limited from 23/12/1991 to 25/05/1993 and my PF No. is MH/35281/0462.

This is a very old pending case of PF withdrawal, where I am yet to receive my un-settled PF amount, which is my hard earned money.

I am looking forward for your co-operation to recover my money.
