[Resolved] Provident Fund — PF Transfer Interest

Hi, I wanted to transfer my PF from my previous employer to the current employer. The cheque was issued on 29-Aug-09 and submitted to the PF Commissioner's office on 14-Oct-09. The PF office submitted the cheque for realization on 30-Nov-09. I was told by the PF office that I will interest only from 01-Dec-09. My previous employer says that he cannnot pay interest till 01-Dec-09 as my PF account is considered as closed once the cheque has been issued. The interest for this period is close 70,000/- Neither the previous employer nor the PF office feels responsible for the interest that I should get. Hi, My name is Mahesh and have requested for the transfer of PF amount from my previous company with PF# KN/BN/45304/000048 to my new companies PF account HR[protected] in OCt 2008 , now its almost a year and half, but iam yet to receive the transfer in my acount , kindly advise me on the status else guide me on how can i know the status of the transfer and proceed further

I want to know whether my P.F amount was tranfered from CG/5083/3082 TO RJ/8617/2626 account. If not what is the problem ,when it will transfer.

I Left the below mentioned organisation on 2nd jan'09 and applied for refund of my provident fund in March'09 through the office of Iprocess located at Sector 34, Chandigarh.Thereafter i was told that i-process office has closed its branch in Chandigarh.I started following the New Delhi branch.After eight months of struggle on 26th january2010 i somehow managed to find out that some documents are pending from my side.
I completed all the pending formalities and send the documents on 07/03/2010 through registered post.The reciept of same was comfirmed through telephonic communication with Mr Radha Krishan.He told me that my docs will soon be processed and now I've to follow the HR SERVICES.He gave me landline no.[protected]

But since that day I use to call upon the above mentioned no. almost everyday but no one ever answered.The phone was probably incidently picked up by Madam Deepika in April2010 who told me that my case is under processing and will be resolved within maximum time of 15days.Till today no one in the HR DEPARTMENT ever picked up my phone again. The worse thing on their part is that I have put several reminders through email and I've never got a single reply.It seems that they do not bother about the pending cases or probably the department has lost my file.If it is so they should atleast inform the concerned person who is waiting for their replies.

Dear Sir, this is my humble request to kindly solve my case as soon as possible as i'm going through great financial crisis and i'm desperately in need of money

Kindly take up the matter with the concerned person and revert at the earliest.I shall be very thankful to you.
