i dilip marguttikar worked in flash electronics for 1 year and i have submitted PF form last 4 months back and i have not recived any cost of money and in pament slip they have given in november, december, janauary the PF.no.. is MH/PUN/122002/2046 AND till december they have given
PF NO.. is MH/PUN/122002/2049 and i have submitted only one PF form

With reference to mention PF code no. we would like to bring to your kind notice that about the said mention period we have filled the annual returns along with all the necessary documents.
As per the norms we have to receive the PF slip on regular basis, but we have not received the PF slip for the last 4 years as mentioned above..
Our employees and the clients are pressing us to issue the same at the earliest to know about the amount accrued in their account.
In view of the above, would request you to kindly use your good offices and advise the concerned to do the needful at the earliest. as we are unable to reply them. So request you to please issue the said period PF slip as early as possible.

i Hemant B. Patil worked in Royal Electrical s Pimpri pune for 2 year and They have informed that they have submitted the forms to puna provident fund office on Sep/26/2011.They further informed me that the amount will be credited to my account by November, so far the amount is not credited to my bank account. when i contacted them they further said me to mail the matter to the pf commissioner. i did the same, but there is no response from his office and they are not picking the phone. i kindly request you to credit my pf account to my bank account.MY EPF NO MH/32439/56.

My reference no:MH/300242 /6 with Pune PF Office. The isue is of payment of Family Pensionwhich wassupposed to be paid by Mid of January 2010.The same got delayed without any intimation. Kindly advise in the matter.
