[Resolved]  Provident Fund Dept, Pune — Regarding P F withdrawal(P F No. MH/34020/010930)

Dear Sir,

I was working with bajaj allainz life insurance co ltd, indore branch, my emp code no 77837, i have submit my regisnation on date of 29 april 2008, and i have submited p f. withdrawal form no 10, and form no 19 to bajaj allainz company on date 14 april 2009, bajaj allainz life insurance co. ltd also submited my pf withdrawal form to p.f. dept, pune on date of 30 june 2009, but till date i have not recieve withdrawal amount, when i talk to bajaj allainz comapany then he say i am not responsible about that, and when i talk to p. f office then no responce, kindly give advise me about this, and help me for withdrwal my p.f amount.

Dear Sir,

I was employee of bajaj allianz life insurance company.My emp code was 56210 and my pf no was MH/34020/045136.I had cleared my all dues with bajaj allianz.I had submitted my PF withdrawal; form on 14th april 2009 to bajaj allianz.it has already been nine month.But i am not able to get my PF .Since company is saying that they have forwarded my withdrawal form to pf department on 16-9-09.But i am not getting any response from pf department.Kindly do the needful.
