Provident Fund office Bandra — Unable to get the PF withdrawal even after one year

I have deposited my pf withdrawal form to the pf office bandra in DEC 2009 and till now it has not been released before that in December i went to Mumbai bandra pf office personally all along travelling from Chandigarh to Mumbai on my own expenses and inquired about it then they told me that the payment has came back to them as the account to which has been sent was wrong so i applied for reissue of the cheque for new account no and deposited the request on 13-December 2010 by hand in the office for which i also have the receipt of the office but now when i try to contact them on the phone nobody is picking up the phone even i have tried contacting them by email but no response have come from the pf commissioner as well. but to my great surprise i see that the online updation of the status show that the request has been received by the office on[protected]. now iam considering to go to media regarding highlighting this case for the benefit of public.
