Provident Fund Office - Charkop — Poor service

There is no one to answer the phone. They ask you to enquire by phone for the status of your PF withdrawal, but never answer. How can a 9-5 working employee go to the office everyday to check on the status. Please help

There should be some online facilty if these people sitting in the office cannot answer the phone? What are they getting paid for?

They get paid for time pass.

I called them up and after a million tries someone picked up the phone. All I heard was a huge burp ! The guy had a great lunch from tax payers money and was emitting gases.

Disgusting !!!
