I have left the job in Aug 2009 and submitted the Pf withdrawal form in Nov 2009 it got rejected due to canceled cheque not attached i submitted the form again along with can celled cheque on sep 3, 2010 and my company submitted the same on 28th September in hyderabad pf office.but till now i don't know the status of my pf i call the Hyderabad pf office number no body picks the phone. The pf office of Hyderabad looks like perfect government office of India where nobody wants to work and enjoy salary for sitting idle.

Since last 03 months pension has not been credited in his account, would you please let me know the reason for delaying of his pension in account.

I am Dheeraj Kumar. I had worked with Tata Teleservices Maharashtra Limited, Pune Under “crux management”
After living the job I had filled all the documents for claiming my PF amount in the office of crux management Pune.
Now almost one and half year gone but I am not received my PF amount. Since last six months I am trying to contact with crux people in their Hyderabad office (NAVEEN) and in Pune office(JENNY) via mails and phone call but no response from these people.

We are around 10 people who are waiting for their PF amount.
I got a mail from Addl. CPFC MH, CH EPFO, Ministry of Labour Government of India, New Delhi that it is not coming under his jurisdiction.

So, Kindly seriously see into this matter and please help .

Provident fund office is located at Kukatpally and another office at Domalguda

Kukatpally Office is run by the following thugs

1) T Indra : Assistant Commissioner :
2) Lakshimi Narrayana : Recovery Officer
3) Sudershan Reddy : Junior Recover Officer

Rampant Corruption is going on there . The above 3 collide with each other and they demand money and if the demand is not met with they start abusing there powers . They call people for compromise and arrest them without any notice . Then they call there family members and ask for money . Though they are public servants they behave like movie thugs
Lakshimi Narrana play the bad cop and Sudershan Reddy plays the good cop to the hilt. Indira oversees all these by taking major chunk of money.
Indira is staying in the same position for the last 6 yrs though her tenure is permitted only for 3 yrs . Such type of Govt people who abuse there power should be stripped of there position and thrown into the prison

i resigned my job in 2006, till today i didnt withdrawn PF amount,
is there possibility of withdrawing now? My PF Account no. is AP/SAO/KKP/46424/1 of Holy Trinity College of Education, Bogaram, Keesara, R.R. Dt.

now i am not doing any job, so if i want to avail the benefits of PF can i continue my PF account with my contribution alone [as a saving]???

4 months ago, I have resigned the company. I submitted form for PF(Provident fund) withdrawal, but today(19.4.2011) i got message that my pf withdrawal was rejected.

I had been working at NCCL from june2007 to june2010.My P.[censored]ount no is: A.P/13681/23254. I had submitted resignation letter on Dt 14/05/2010 with no dues certificate. But, I beg to say that I have not received PF till date.I submitted second time p.f form and sending.

So, please look into the matter positively and do the needful at the earliest.
