[Resolved]  Provogue — Bad Quality Leather Jacket

Sir/ Madam,

I bought provogue leather jacket from a local Provogue outlet in Kota ( Rajasthan) detail of my bill as follows

Purchasing date: 30/11/2011
Item no. 5530-BK-022-L MEN BLACK
Price: Rs 1648.00

I need to register a complaint for the same. I am deeply disappointed by the quality of the product sold.

that jacket is of such a bad quality it begun to tore in just 5 days from purchase and when i went to store to get it replaced manager of the store refused to do so as non availability of the leather jacket, i am really disappointed by there response and it make us feel that we consumer are fool and this big brands just slipped off from there responsibilities by giving us silly excuses.
Please do the needful as soon as possible.
