[Resolved]  Provogue — Bad Service and forced to buy the product

Hi,

I had Purchased a provogue jacket worth 2800 Rs on 31st Dec 2010 from Provogue store pimpri which is next to Gold Adlabs Cinema Chinchwad. But after wearing it for 4 to 5 times it got white balls on its inner surface So i walked with the defective piece on 24 Th August 2011 at pimpri store. I meet Miss Aisha over there who attended my complaint and gave me replacement for the same. But at the same time she forced to me to buy from the stock available. I informed her that i want the jacket to be replaced with the same piece for which i am ready to wait, but she insisted me to buy from the available one in the store. So i paid more 450 Rs and took one jacked forcefully which i returned immediately on the next day. Now Miss Aisha and MR Asraf (Manager-[protected]) Denies the change of jacket and are forcing me to buy the one from the available stock. I have left my jacket and 3200 Rs with them itself.
