[Resolved]  Provogue Wallet — Defective Piece

Dear Sir/Madam,

On 15 nov.2009, I bought wallet a wal brown with model number 9609-EA-028-F at model town,Jalandher from provogue studio.

I am disappointed because your product has not performed as it should, was wrong etc because the wallet colour has been faded.

To resolve the problem I would appreciate your steps to give me a new wallet.
