Provogue — Shoes got damaged in 2 months only | |||
Hi , My complaint is i have purchased pair of Provogue shoes from M&B Footwear Pvt Ltd. Shop No.U22B-G-N, Ramesh Nagar Metro Station New Delhi. With the billing date of 26-April-10. Its seem very bad that in less than 2 months my shoes got damaged, And that showroom has closed permanently 20 days back. So please help me out to get my shoes replaced with new one. Thanks Ram my shoes got replaced with new one. but that man was denying to give me the bill of that exchange...and finally i got that copy after making the call to Puneet Grover. but they told me (Showroom Man) they will not replace the shoes again if any defect will found again in this shoes, we replaced once only.
