[Resolved] PSEB — Complaint offices very poor service
While the power situation in Punjab might not be in control of the staff managing the Electricity Complaint office, THE LEAST they can do is not put thier phone off hook and take calls.
No matter how patient you are in trying their number, you will not get through. So then HOW DOES A PERSON LODGE A COMPLAINT?
We sit for hours and hours without electricity, but the staff - who gets paid out of taxpayers money - does not think it necessary to at least be available to tell us for how long, or even that they do not know.
The electricity board and the complaint office are like one big black hole. No response, so visibility, no clue what their jobs are, no inclination to do their jobs...and no accountability for all of it.
