[Resolved]  PSK CHANDIGARH — NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE

SUBJECT: Regarding NOC .
I have been issued NOC #6493/FII(6)/2010/10302 DATED -27/12/2010 by Special Secy Health, Chd Administration. This has been rejected by lady APO in PSK chd -Adarsh Lifestyle Mall -Plot No 50 ,Industrial Area Phase II , because it does not include the line " I have read the provisions of section 6(2) of the Passports Act,1967 and certify that these are not attracted in the case of this applicant."
The issuing authority refuses to include this specific line in the NOC. What is the remedy?Please revert back ASAP.
