Public Provident Fund — Non deposit in saving accounts

On 29 Oct 2011 My self while gfone for deposting money in my PPF account No 80000402 the clerk at counter no one refused to deposte. inspite of APM s request. The reason he told " balane showing inm ledger not tallying in pass book The IT peoples refused to amend and APM also refused as concern Babu Mr Rajender Was away to market after endorsement attendence and no one having couirage to make him absent.May I request my balance be made correct after checking My pass book balance is 319414.00.
