[Resolved]  Public Provident Fund — Non-settlement of long pending deceased accounts

This is to inform you that on 20/12/2009 in an unfortunate road accident near Housing Board cut NH-8 Dharuhera, my father Shri Dinesh Bhardwaj S/O Shri G. S. Bhardwaj, my mother Bhagwati Bhardwaj W/O Shri Dinesh Bhardwaj and my sister Ankita Bhardwaj D/O Shri Dinesh Bhardwaj died. Due to this unfortunate accident, I have become the single survivor and sole legal representative (next of kin) of my family.
My above said family members were having following PPF accounts in your branch :

After the unfortunate accident I have approached to your bank in the month of January,2010 for transferring above reffered accounts of my deceased parents and sister to my account. But more than 5 months have been elapsed, on 16th June,10 only one case i.e. PPF account of my deceased sister has been finalized and the amount remitted to me whereas transferring/remittance case of accounts of my father and mother are still pending.
I am a student of B.Tech 2nd year, after the death of my father & mother I am hard pressed for money. My financial condition has gone down pathetically. You are requested to kindly finalize the case of left over two accounts and remit the amount to me as soon as possible.
