This is dr venkatesan staying in kurinji street, solai nagar, muthialpet nobody ever bothers to pick the phone and answer in this number especially if power cut is after 9pm . [protected] . power never returns back in the night. i suppose electricity is essential service . if our service is denied like this the small children and old people are suffering. why don't they inform us what is the problem and when is it likely to come. this continuing for a longtime .i am planning to take this issue to social organizations and medid

Complaint... in plain language is a statement expressing discontent or unhappiness about a situation and when it is directed to make in writing means, in law, a statement setting out the reasons for a legal action. It not only in pondicherry but in many parts of the country the complaints, especially in government departments, are just papers without sensing the actual and real grievance of the affected person who indeed option-less for alternatives. In particular, the electricity department of Pondicherry is not an exception for the above said fact. But only the govt. employees in these sectors could make a difference who chiefly understood the job he/she assigned for, with basic knowledge about the public utilities and try to solve it through his role atleast or direct the affected to approach the appropriate official which considered to be the prima facie for intiating the action for the relief. when it is done rest would be followed automatically. It is true that the complainant has to enlight the authority for his remedy. But it was very hard to break a mountain with a pin as a complainant who fights against a big government concern if it turns down your complaint. So you need someone in the department to solve your problem and thats not possible for everyone. Finally, i want to say that as a complainant we need to know department's basic information and try to explain our case as precise as possible to solve without highlighting their worstness in service but passing a message that we have a knowledge about the laws and how to get the department worked for the relief.

Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your kind notice that we are facing LOW Voltage issue in Kavikuyil Nagar 5th, 6th and 7th too much low voltage. This was well known by Higher Official. There is no transformer. SIr, there is a problem in fixing Transformer, You should take a good decision to fix the transfer where the GOVT is allowed to do it. But still there is Political Issue as well as place issue . Sir, I am not complaining About AE or JE they are good but you should allow them to fix the Transformer so that during summer season there wont the short of power. Kindly do the needful to fix the transformer on time sir. Please help, because we are all human, Hope you know the situation thats y am writting a mail to you. Sorry if there is anything which was found on my words.

My consumer number is[protected]H in A2 at 6, lions club street, Kennedy nagar, opp. to lions club our meters are working properly but instead of taking reading, puttting a huge average amount in the bill mentioning that MS and the bill was also not issued for the past six months due to corana disaster. we paid a huge amount for two times through online upto the last month even though we working at karaikal we are not using such a huge consumption since we will come here once in a week. This month also reading was not entered. Can we expect that it will be rectified atleast this month.
