I am residing in neravy village of karaikal and having 3phase service for the past two years. unfortunately the power supply to my house is frequently fluctuating, due to such fluctuations my valuable household smart TVs, referigerator ACs and LED bulbs are damaged and causing heavy loss to me. 11.09.2019, 11:45 pm to 12:00 midnight: A rainy, stormy night; loud, crackling noise, accompanied by bright sparks- almost like Diwali. Main electricity utility pole on fire; paused after a few seconds; suddenly started again, this time lasting for more than 2 minutes straight; a full, burning fire with sparks flying out in all directions; ended with a loud bang, with the fire dying down slowly.

This is dr venkatesan staying in kurinji street, solai nagar, muthialpet nobody ever bothers to pick the phone and answer in this number especially if power cut is after 9pm . [protected] . power never returns back in the night. i suppose electricity is essential service . if our service is denied like this the small children and old people are suffering. why don't they inform us what is the problem and when is it likely...

Low Voltage problems in Kavikuil Nagar - Pondicherry

Hello Sir,
We are facing severe low voltage problems in Kavikuil Nagar near Vinobhav Nagar Kallarai for the last 6 months. We already complained many times, but there is no action taken from the Electricity Board. They are telling that new transformer needs to be installed near our venue, but i dont see any actions taken so far to resolve this issue.
We are receiving the low voltage less than 150 voltage. Even...
