Under sec 406 of BPMC ACT you are first required to file your complaint to the Commissioner. If the Commissioner rejects yor complaint then you can file a suit in the PMC Court. You can get interium relief of paying self occupation tax till the decision of the suit.
It is not too late yet . You can file complaint tommorrow , wait for about three weeks and then file a suit in PMC Court.

I am a credit card defaulter ICICI Bank. Ok Now I am ready to settle the amount at some figure. I have used the one year total around 140,000 and I have paid around 80,000. after that I have some personal alligations I am not able to pay three months. After that tthey told me you are in defaulters list. I have paid 4 months I have asked the settlement 4 months back. That collection person told me I will settle your amount at 60,000. I told to him, OK its fine for me get the settlement letter for that amount take the cheques for above said amount. After that what happened I don't know. Last three months I can't seen him. Some body contacted me to settle the amount. He harassed me some time for this and asked me for the settlement.I have contacted the ICICI BANK customet care They given the contact person name in the Bank.
I met that person, He is asking me to pay entire amount after some discussions they are agreed the amount of 88,000 in four instalments. But I have requested him for 5 instalments, But he is not OK. He told me we will contact your HR person regarding this. They are doing like blackmail things. So I wanted to Lodge the complaint inthe forum.

Could you please let me know what can I do.

All the banks dealing with credit cards are dealing with defaulters in the same or moretheless same way. Govt. should find out some way to avoid this. As per the current situation no political parties are also involving themselves in solving such problems of common man.
