[Resolved] Pune Passport Office — Delay in getting Passport for more than 5 Months | |
I have applied for my daughter passport who is 5years old passport on[protected] from pune passport office for which the verification is also carried out long back, still we have not received our passport the status showing in progress only from last more than 5 months. We have also submitted the copies of Passports of both myself & my wife several times with covering letter to Pune Passport Office, but failed to get any reply. If i call to pune passport office, no one receives the call. If we go to possport office, every one neglects us as they are there for our service. It is not possible to go daily and request for the same. Because of these things, we are loosing the faith from government officers. Authorities are not taking any responsibility for delay can you please also take action against this because when we apply for passport it said that it should not take more then 2 months to receive. I have sent more than 30 emails out of it over 25 Reminders, but there is no response, also no telephone is ever answered.
Soon I am going to ask 1. Reasons for the delay in the process 2. Reasons for not answering the Telephones, 3. Reasons for not replying to emails. under RTI and then I further going to appeal to RTI with the information provided by RPO Pune.
Please advise on this at the earliest please.
