Non transfer of Provident Fund amount

Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Shounak Joshi. i am working in Pune.

Due to change in job, I have requested my current employer PF personnel to proceed with PF transfer process from ex employer.

The current orgainsation has its PF maintained by RPFC Chennaiwhere as Ex employer has PF maintained by RPFC Pune .

Current personnel has submitted the request to Pune RPFC office for transfer of PF balance on 23 April 2010. The balaced has not be transfered till now. I was told this process takes around six months bit now it has been around 9 months.

My ex-Oraganisation has confirmed that they have completed all process to RPFC pune to tranfer my amojnt to my new organisation. I am trying to call RPFC Pune PRO desk but i am getting all numbers busy all the time.

I need your help . I am totally helpless as I have no other information with me as how my PF fund amount will be transferred from RPFC Pune to RPFC Chennai. I have mails from both the orgations which confirm the initiation of my transfer process.

Please help to get the amount transfer to my existing employer.
