Amount debited from my a/c but i did not recive...
Hi,

I am having a Saving Account in Punjab National Bank.

Recently I made a transaction of Rs.7000/- at HDFC ATM NO.S1ACPI01, It show amount has been debited from my account.
But I have not received any amount from ATM Machine.

So I contacted to PNB Branch Manager he gives me PNB customer Care no. i.e.[protected]
and[protected]. I register Complained no20814521 on customer care on 16/10/09

Please help me to resolve this issue.

But I have not received any amount from ATM Machine.

So I contacted to PNB Branch Manager he gives me PNB customer Care no. i.e.[protected]
I request my complain on customer care on 24/11/2009

Please help me to resolve this issue.
