Dear Sir,

We are the consumer of Punjab National Bank, Railway road Branch, Hapur, Ghaziabad, U.P.- 245101, from last 15 years. Our Account no.- [protected].

Whenever we go to PNB bank for any purpose like to make Demand Draft, to complete Passbook, New Check Book, Every time we have to faced more problems.

Every time PNB's Employees says that System was not working, and said come after 2 days. This incident was occured with us so many times and today also.

Please clarify If you cold not provide proper service, we will closed our account.

Please reply on urgently basis.
