[Resolved] Punjab National Bank Ssb Srinagar Uttarakhand — Cheque Missing | |||
Dear Sir, I have a current account [protected] in ur Bank. I have deposited a ch.of sum of Rs.450/(ch.no. 660098) dated 13/4/10 in Srinagar Garhwal(Branch Name SSB Srinagar).But it was not debited to my account.The manager told me that u have not entered the date,when I asked for the same he said that it was misplaced.Again I told him,that u have already my mobile no in the depositing slip than why are u not inform me. He is treating customers like a bagger. As I have a Vodafone Post Paid agency in Srinagar, I have to deposite E-Top cheque thrice in a month.So I transfer the money through the cheque but the problem is the maneger did not give me the transaction ID which is obstract our customer services. I have already give an application for transfer my account to the SSB Branch from the main branch of Srinagar.He told me after few days that ur account has been transfered but after few months the main branch executive said that ur account not transfered and the transaction charges of cash depositing is being including.
