[Resolved] Punjab Roadways — improper service | |||
In response of my journey from ambala cantt to karnal on 21-07-10 by punjab roadways bus PB-10 CH 3394. No doubt punjab roadways are know for their speedy service and i was aware of this thing thats why i choose bus of punjab roadways for my journey but i was not not aware of the thing that in monsoon punjab roadways is offering us rain water, yes even though the windows and door and sun roof were closed still we were getting wet because the roof of the bus was continously leaking at window seat side and not even me only facing the problem all who were on window seat were facing the problem and apart from that wiper of the bus was not working properly blade was not in good condition to wipe off the water, front mirror of driver side was ok but the mirror of other side was damaged so badly that u cant see anything out of it. why only we the common people face those problems even though we r paying for the journey still we r not getting good journey and then u named your buses punjab gaurav. from where they r bringing laurels for u. i[censored] r not capable of managing it properly then stop working it. advice for PRTC : please write in bold letters on buses that during rainy day or rainy season bring your umbrellas in bus. i hope this complaint be brought in attention thank you Mayank Mishra [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

yes Mr. Mayank Mishra i m fully agree with u, i also face problems while i travel through punjab roadways, In response of my journey from karnal to mandi gobindgarh on 27/09/2010 by punjab roadways bus PB-46 H 9710, i face the misbehavior by the conductor, first of all he refuse to return the balance n when i ask him to return he reply me in rude language, not only me other people also face the same problem. punjab roadways must do something against him..!

this is to inform you we r vry inconveinenced because of roadways buses.our route is of asr to khadoor sahib.by profession we are govt teachers.there are no buses on this route.only two buses are on this route.as you know that this is a religious town and so many schools are on this route but due to improper service of buses we are facing a big problem.one thing is that private mini buss cant allow to hire an auto rickhaw or some other mean...
sir we shall very thankful to u i[censored] give us a proper service of buses on this route.
private buses give money to govt conductors and cant allow govt buses to move...
if buses come, then they dont cut tickets...this is a very big harm
plz solve our problem
