[Resolved]  Punjab Roadways — Conducter's behaviour very rudely & abusing with passenger

I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the rude behavior exhibited by bus Conductor(PB 12M 9938). I believe it is important to bring this matter to your attention in order to maintain a respectful and conducive work environment for all employees.

I am a resident of Himachal Pradesh, District Bilaspur. This morning we were traveling in a bus from Kurali to Punjab Roadways Depot Rupnagar in Chandigarh.
Then we saw that ladies are collecting tickets by showing their Aadhar card, then we gave the Aadhar card to the conductor.
On seeing the Aadhaar card, the conductor started abusing & doing misbehaving without telling anything.

Instead of giving the right guidance, that HP's Aadhaar card will not work. Only started abusing & misbehaving to us. And started threatening us to file a case of IPC420.
After this incident, 1 regular passenger told that this bus conductor behaves like this daily with all the passengers.

It was a very fallen & cheap act for your employee to behave like this. From today onwards we will never prefer to travel in Punjab Roadways.
