[Resolved]  Punjab State Electricity Board — about bill payed on internet by www.pseb.gov.in website

I have not receved Electricity Bill from last 10 months, but i have
paid my bill on www.pseb.gov.in website online bill. My electricity
bill AND DETAILS ARE AS FOLLOWS

One day Mr. Varinder Singh came at our residence and said about non
payment of electricity .bill i showed him the status paid on pseb
online bill payment.but he threatened me to cut off the electricity
supply and asked me to pay your bill completely. although i have paid
my bill by pseb online . i visited the pseb office at kakowal and meet
with Gupta and SDO . i told him about my problem but . i requested to
submit my pending balance bill but they did not solve my problem.
then i visited pseb complaint form website and registered my
complaint.MY complaint no is as follows..
GR NO :--- P[protected].
My complaint status was -----:we will revert back to you on this
information shortly..
i tried phone no of CE ludhana as given on your complaint form but
this number does not exist sound listened to me.but my problem is not
solved upto today.

On 22nd Feb 2010, Mr Varinder singh visited again at my residence with
three other persons. one of them was taken drug. and they were to cut
of my elecricity supply but i request not to cut my suplly. i shown my
about my bill payment on online.and bank detail. but they threatened
me and abused me.

please solve my problem. what is wrong from side me. why i have to
suffer for this.
