I was able to successfully create my login/password couple of months ago, but my bill is uploaded only after due date, which means I am unable to pay online. This is to inform you that due to excessive power cuts in ludhiana, higher education suffers alot. Students preparing for courses like-MBA, MCA, etc. have to appear for many online tests but these days, the power cuts are for 5-6 hours. Students are not even able to appear for a 2.5 hour online test during the day time.
