respected sir, due to my fees problem P.C.E.T college lalru mandi(vill:malakpur) will not allowing me to fill my regular examination form. i am b.tech 3rd sem student. i will not paid my 4th sem fees. due to this, the institutes will not allowing me to fill my regular as well as re-appear examination form. so i urge to all respected authorities to take initiative steps behind it before it tooks late.
