[Resolved]  PURE-IT WATER PURIFIER — Not taking any complaints on helpline

Respected Sir/Madam

I have purchased a Pure-It Water purifier from "Bijli Ghar", 87, Jessore Road, Nager Bajar, Kolkata - 700074 on 11/04/2010 with Vat Invoice No :24368. But in first week of june this purifier is not working properly. Then I tried to complaint about this problem in Bijli Ghar, they denied to service and they suggest me to call helpline.

I repeatedly called helpline ([protected]) with my customer id([protected]) and every time they are saying that this customer id is registered with named Bijli Ghar. And they are asking to update the profile with my name and address details. After updating the profile they are saying that system is unable to log any complaints, please try after some time. Every time I call helpline , same things happens.

Please help.....

I have purchase one pureit water purifier from serampur hooghly, now i want to change my filter, pl tell the phone number where to contact,

I have purchased one pureit from Salkia in the year 2009. On 19th one representative of Pureit has come to my house and changed systems of germkit by placing one new set @ Rs.550/-. The time for filtering that takes more than 2 and half hours. On the same night again I filled the blank space but the next day that was not filtered. I have lodged a complaint on 20.09.2011 regarding the matter and your customer care told me that their representative will visit my house and after completing the same Rs.50/- should be given to him. I told her that why should I pay because the fault is your. I hope, such type of behaviour is not expected from a reputable company like you. Kindly ensure that in future such type of charges may be made.
