PVR services are pathetic period , In mumbai there is no customer care number. The number given is a dummy , nobody picks it up and we the customer get picked for 340 bucks with no web confirmation of seats or movie details but the money is deducted, why? because a reputed theatre company like PVR can't afford customer care. Quite funny for a 250 crore company. Atleast if you guys have some pride and dignity at PVR refund the money atleast and don't even talk about your superior customer experience that you say you provide at punlic forums.Might as well do good at a small theatre that ateast gives tickets....... PVR Co. / Discount Card — Cancellation of transaction.
On 8th. April,2012 in the evening one mobile call was received me from bearing number [protected], I think he was representative of PVR Co., he discussed me the schme of discount card upto 30% against any purhcasing from the market. And after that, he insisted me to take the said card by paying Rs. 1,999/- alongwith the some gift of watch has also been offered. And he was behaved in such way that they are authorised agents for SBI Card. On that day I agreed to pay Rs. 1,999/-, but on the very next day, I have received another phone call from another company, when I spoke to the said respresentative that, I have already member of PVR Co. which is sporncered by SBI Card, then, the said representative told me that, there are so many companies existed in India, who are selling such time of discount cards, we are one of them. At that junture I came to know that, PVR Co. has chited me by showing that they are sporning through SBI Card.Hence, on the next day i.e. on 9th.April,2012 I informed to the said representative of PVR Co. that, I am not interested to use your discount card,. therefore, treat my yestarday's transaction tobe cancelled. And do not send any gift or any document to me.Therefore, please treat my that transaction tobe cancelled, and reversed the said transaction amount of Rs. 1,999/- to me account immediately and oblige.
