[Resolved]  PVVNL EUDD,Noida — Did not receive the payment recipt

I am living at A-5, 52-c sector-71 from the last 6 months. There was pending bill of near 7000 INR to this flat. I was paying this amount per months in installment of 1000 rs along with my current electricity bills but in month of july i had to pay the full oustanding amount for this flat from my pocket otherwise i would have to live without elecricity.
I delieverd the check for the electricity bill to Mr Rakesh of sector-72 electricty office. Following is the payment detail of the check.
24/07/08 Chq Paid-MICR INW CL-EEE UDD I NOIDA[protected]/07/08 5, 713.00
Mr Rakesh is not willing to give me the receipt of above payment. I had called him many times but he never return my receipt. He also took 300 Rs as a late payement charge as in form of cash along with check, that receipt is also not been received by me.

Dear sir
I paid an amt of Rs.8511 on 19-10-09 against my bill no 01208 - due on 22-10-09. However, in December I received a bill with this amount added as arrears. I was told that the cheque had bounced. On checking with my bank, I was told that the cheque had not been presented at all. I asked the EEEUDDI office to return the cheque but it was of no avail.

Now the department demands that I pay by draft for the next 12 months - for no fault of mine! They even refuse to accept cash. There should be some way of dealing with this situation!

Dear Sir,

I have received my Electricity Bill for the month of July 2012 and got shocked to know the amont .which is Rs 41000 approx.. While generally the average billing is 264 Units for the last 4 months..The current billing is almost more than 20 times higher than the average.

It is requested that Check Meter may kindly be installed to know the correct billing and I am sent an advice to make the provisional payment for 264 Unit as an interim arrangement.

I shall be grateful if the prompt action is taken.
