respected sir we have purchased spy pen from ur naaptol store 3 months before....now from 1 week its not working ...when we start the pen the pen din't start n the blue light in that pen start blinking continously...then again n again we have to press the reset button...then also the pen din't start.... becoz of this problem we called many times in ur customer service but it always remain busy... i aso want to know the procedure of change time,date n year in the pen.... i hope you will solve our problem soon.... hope to hear from u soon with the solutions of all my proplems......... thanku contact -[protected] [anil taksali] Was this information helpful? | |

3 in 1 spy pen — not working
3in1 spy camera is not working. after attach with laptop massege is unknown device.i purchage before 3 days, so please send erly response. my no [protected].spy pen — pen is not working
i am purchasing a spy pen on[protected] and pen is not working properly i talk from customer care executive they are not giving positive reponse to me and i want to change my pen because video is not recorded we have purchase spy pen from naaptol we have order it on 8 of october 2010 my order no. is 876194 and wew receive it on 4 december 2010 but it is not working at least one time . its yellow light not turns blue and camera does not become in recording mode .its on off button is not working properly
