[Resolved]  Quick Cab — WORST CUSTOMER CAB

hi this is manish. working in a mnc. i use to Book cabs from quick cab whenever i have to go somewhere.
but after the worst experience in 3-4 times in last 3 months, i came to know that the persons who is running the quick cab is thinking that they are doing some special work for us & also they are doing ehshaan on us. i am sharing with you a experience. i have called at customer care for booking for shahdara to H. NZM railway station at 10:30 PM so the Customer care girl told me that charges are 7.50/- per KM but after 11 pm it will be 9.30/- per km. when i have asked what will be my fare so she told me that you have to pay @9.30/- per km. after asking the reason, she told me that as it will reach after 11pm so we will charge so. when i have asked if your cab will late, then what will be charges. she told me then also you have to pay @9.30/- per km or at that time, you can cancel the cab. just think if cab is coming late, then aslo we have to either pay extra or we may have to leave our train or flight also by cancaling the cab.
so it means they are not doing the customer service, they are just humilating the customers, blakemailing the customer & when they ask the reason they behave in bad manner.

so my suggesting is never take Quick cab bu just think that it is cheaper.

The other week I had an interview in Gurgoan, for which I had to travel from Dwarka. My misfortunate that I booked Quick Cab.

A distance that should not be more than 15 - 17 km showed up as 40 km on the cab's fradulent meter. To add to my woes, the cab driver was unwilling to print me a receipt. My interview schedule meant I was pressed for time and hence I made the blunder of paying up instead of arguing with him. The poster above rightly mentions, DO NOT TAKE QUICK CAB. Instead of winning customers over, they resort to any means to rob them. I tried speaking to the customer reps some 6 times later, but no action was taken. Worse was the fact that on two of those occassions, the customer rep hung up on me!

Give the guys a brek..call the cab at 10pm na..if you really want to save money..
else hire the expensive cab...i guess you are one of those fellows who wants everything you are way !
Whosoever running Quick Cab service should understand that they are in market because of we people. Instead of serving their customers they actually at times land u up in some or the other problem. The other day I booked a cab almost 12 hours before time and that actually landed me up in a trouble that I had to find a hotel to stay. They moving there business as per there convenience and thats not the way to do. I am sorry for them and waiting for someone better in this business..

A suggestion for those moving the Quick cabs-- Think about the service and better improve so as to sustain in market...
My experience with Quick Cab had been Good till 27 June. Taxi No.HR 55 NT 1484, ECCO was detailed to pick us up from New Delhi Railway Station at 0930hrs on 27th. Driver Mohan who came was rude and the cab was filthy - the covers were in tatters, the floor was muddy. AC was not working. When told about this the Driver instead of being apolgetic said "Aur Dus Rupiya Main Kya Millega - Vapas Chorad Deta Hoon Aur Taxi Le Lena" Quick Cab had not even installed it's meter and as per driver "abhi gari pass nahi huei hai" My Bookind id was 175354
