why you think that your money is wasted just call [protected] (toll free) or[protected] tell him your problem. your problem is definately solved

Antivirus Software — not working product
I was charged $59.95 on my discover card and after I downloaded my new antivirus software, ended up with a virus that killed everything. I want a full refund! my dear try to learn english he is clearly saying it is a worst program there is no solution in the world for this type of problems yes there may be endless discussion ha ha ha
Quick Heal Anti Virus is the worst product i had ever came across. Suman Basaq sucks...!!!

3. Umpteem times I tried to wriggle out of swarming viruses with the hope that you will redeem my infected PC

The virus proved smarter than your tall claims.
Why do you claim when you cannot wriggle yourself
Out of swarming viruses? The viruses than FIRST broke into your system and then collapsed my PC?
It should be your turn to reach me and address the problem than a layman type his blah blah numbers [installation no., serial no. etc etc with other weird questions to answer?] when he is desperate in his bid to save his PC and your software...?

Really speaking this quick heal antivirus is the worst and not at all worth buying.
I am trying with the customer care for so many days and after that they have provided me a link which is not at all working.
There is a worm attack on my computer their antivirus is not at all working. Requesting all you guys not to buy Quick heal i[censored] want ur sytem to work fine use anything else but not the quick heal its my personal experience.

Let me be very honest - I am not a new breed of quick heal haters or a recent upstart.
I have been using computers and internet since 1995 and its a 15 years experience speaking here.
Down the years I have used almost all including Mcafee, Norton, Panda, Pc Cillin, Trend Micro and
out of these I found the Mcafee somewhat better but considering the fact in those days there were no
nagwares, adwares, badwares, malwares, trojans, worms, keyloggers, rootkit and so and so. So naturally the
antivirus performed pretty well. We used to speak of keeping the floppy safe which was one of our biggest
asset and had 1.44 MB which was equal to 2 gb pen drive back then.
But since 2000 newer viruses came which used to disable older antivirus and wreak havoc
and because of which antivirus like avg, kasparesky, avast, Bit defender came. From 2003 started world's first spyware project mostly with screensavers or free softwares came unwanted secret softwares which collected user information without consent. Then came a lot of companies with their anti-spyware.
Today spyware is the primary problem and accordin to a recent survey by AOL and MSN almost
80% of computers had spyware, with almost 93 spyware workings per computer.
As per quick heal the company is a Indian one based in Pune, Maharastra. and it has been a consistent producer of antivirus and related products since 2001. As per the product quality I would say it has not been that good compared to another Indian antivirus maker - Net Protector.

there are many problem in quick heal antivirus.firewall and other protection turns off automatically is the main problem and re installation is must.it is not worth buying at all.
i dont know why quick heal price is same as mc cafee, , ..and other branded antiv virus..What is quick heals track recrod..And
how did you decide your pricing to be 2000 rupees..while i can get a norton at that same i think your pricing should be 200 rupees..not 2000 dollars..
