I had bought life time premium membership. Now they have blocked (deactivated) my account citing bad language/ words.
How ca one know which word not to write and what can give you right to delete a lifetime paid account.
An email for violation could have easily be done.
This site is totally arbitrarry, you just cant be sure if the have 100 or million active members

We recently bought quick heal for our laptop (HP 7th gen) online, paid version (Quick Heal Internet Security) and received a product code. The software starts installation, stops midway and says it has Trojan.seagus. It further asks to restart the system and then run the installation again. Tried everything online, nothing works. But Quick heal update manager 22.0 not availing quick heal total shield updates. With this reason I could not update the virus database from centrally by update manager server.

I have purchased online quick Heal Total Security package for two users on 23.3.22 for rupees 2099 with UPI money transfer. But I didn't get the licence key. So I called quick Heal technical service number they said you will get your money back in your bank account within 48hrs. But I did not get the money nor the key. I have all the details about the transaction and transfer of money into quick Heal technology Pvt Ltd account. It seems like a scam. Should I file a complaint in consumer court.

I also know that there is no expiry date on product keys too. Then how is it my product key is already used. Today I tried to put it and it didnt renew my license....

There is a message on my computer - Unable to update your copy of Quick heal total security. The product key is used from multiple computers. Updates are provided for a single computer.
I have changed my laptop. Previously it was Lenevo. Now I am using HP. Because of the change of system, I downloaded the Quick heal software using the same key. I started receiving the above massage.
Then I downloaded the software again by using the unused key. Still, I am receiving the same message.
Please resolve the matter.
