[Resolved] Racold Geysers — POOR PRODUCT AND TERRIBLE AFTER SALES SERVICE | |||
I possess 2 Racold Eterno geysers. From day 1, these have given me endless trouble. Now the warranty period is over and I have taken the AMC with their authorised service centre--ABM Enterprise, 370 New Alipur, Kolkata. I made a complaint one month ago which has not yet been attended to. What do I do? Was this information helpful? | |||

I too bought a Racold Geyser(Eterno 15 litres) in July 2008 which had to be repaired twice within the guarantee period. I now have an AMC done with ABM Enterprises, 370 New Alipur. The geyser is out of order and I made a complaint on 27th July 2011 and in spite of repeated phone calls the needful has'nt been done yet. This is very unlawful and needs immediate attention. It seems there are many complaints about this service centre. Where do I go now??
