Reg complaint number [protected] and [protected] and [protected]

I have been raising request for Solar Water heater since February 5 2022 and till now no one has come to resolve .

We are working and not available on weekdays from 9:30 to 5:30 to someone who called but there is no response from them.

Can this be escalated and followed up so the executive comes and resolves the dolar water heater issue.
