[Resolved] Rage Mobile — frustrating company
DONT buy Rage Mobiles... If you want to save your hard earned Money
I am a customer of rage mobile I bought RU 5000 on 12 March 09 . And after purchasing this mobile I visited almost 20 times for the more or less same problem but every time they given me silly reasons and temporary solutions, because after some time the mobile started showing the same problem.
Even after visiting its center they told me this problem will not be repeated that is the assurance they given to every customers but nothing have been done in order to improve the services, the service center employees are very smart in giving fake commitments and taking charges for repairing it thts become the business for them.
My mobile is under warranty and according to them it has water leakage problem and they are saying will charge 75% of the cost of the mobile. This is ridiculous that after visiting many times to their center and even if the mobile is under warranty they in favour to take the charges but not the appropriate services. I dont have any issue in paying that amount but I know they will fix the mobile on temporarily basis and making this practice as their business
I met Mr. Neeraj Singal (Manager), Taruvar Singh (Service Manger) and Naveen Kumar (engineer) but nothing have been done to provide good service and good resolution. Mr. Neeraj singhal came and said we will definitely do something and walk outside (that was the careless manner) he even didnt shown his interest in taking the feedback from the customer. Naveen didnt ready to provide the appropriate service without taking charge.
Mr. Taruvar Singh being a stubborn person didnt do something.
I think this company employees are deaf and dumb and they believe in making customer fool and making this kind of behaviour as their working practice.
I am very fed up with this kind of support kindly do something in order to provide me better support . The details of my mobile is given below
Problems are. GSM part is not working fine, but CDMA is working good still they are saying that their is water leakage problem.
mobile jack which is use to connect data cable was repaired 2 months back but still it is giving problem.
Battry backup was the problem since 4 months but they everytime say its not in pur stock. but if you try to buy they make that available.
20 times I visited that place for the same problem but nothing have been done.
I would like to tell you that services provided by the rage mobile repair center is in bad shape and pathetic. the employees
