I calculated carpet area of Bharat city and Gulmohar Green, Everyone must be surprised to see this result...
Bhart city super area is 1290 while we got only 770 carpet area[aprox 38% loading charge]
Gulmohar Green super area is 1510 while we got only 990 carpet area[aprox 35% loading charge]
Even if you see actual room or toilet size..it must be less than floor plan mentioned size .....Govt must have fair calculation ..i dont knwo where should i complain..these issue..May be RTI can help us. Was this information helpful? |
