[Resolved]  Rai Business School Bhopal / Delhi — not refund my fee and not reply my mail

i was take admission in mba course in rbs bhopal and college are said me i will provide loan facility so i take addmission but now college not done my loan and they said me i[censored]r loan not confirm so i will return ur fee but now they not refund my fee and rbs hade branch delhi not reply my mail.plz help me
