Dear Sir My name is Jitendra Bahadur, Sir I Booked my motorcycle Bajaj Pulsar 150 cc black color, Registration no.( DL 3S - BV- 1641) ENG- NO.- DHGBTA69228 AND CH- NO. - MD2DHDHZZTCA80687 On 09/Jan/2013 10:34 am From New Delhi Railway Station through Indian Railway Parcel Office, from New Delhi to Mughal Sarai JN. , the booking officer tell me that you bike will be reached in Mughal Sarai JN. with in 48 hours. Sir, my name is avinash garg, s/o retd teacher shree umashankar garg. I booked my motorcycle from pune to my home town gondia on 1st of april 2013. But till now it have not been loaded from pune. I requested the parcel officer of gondia to call pune office and make some inquiry about it. They said that the bike is still here and the train is going empty but no 1 in loading it because the i havent paid enough money to load it. Sir, i have paid around 1800rupees in pune station including packing and all the charges and goose. I have got a rceipt of only 780 rupees. Now they are asking 200 for loading the motorcycle. I am a son of a retired teacher, not so financially well. Even then i requested a friend to pay another 200 rupees as the loading goose. Sir, i just want you guys to teach a lesson to those corrupt persons in pune station. If this website is truely active and if anybody is reading this complaint then please please take some action against those people. Like me, there are several of others who are facing this type of trouble.

Sir I booked my luggage 1box on 27Dec18 from kozhikide(clt) to mathura (MTJ) train No 12617 .I have also board in same train. But luggage not received at mathura till 02/01/19 .so please look in matter and help me for track my luggage
