[Resolved]  Railway Pensioner — Non-payment of Pension Arrears

Sir, I am a Railway-Pensioner retired on[protected]. My pension was fixed as per pre-revised scalesand drawn w.e.f June 2008 at SBI/Main Branch, Guntakal, Anantapur Distt. through Link Branch i.e SBI Main Branch, Anantapur Town. Same is revised on implementation of 6th C.P.C. scales and revised PPO issued by my Pay&Accounts Officer i.e FA & CAO/S.C.Railway/Secunderabad on[protected] requesting the Bank Authorities to revise the pension w.e.f. June 2008 along with DR as sanctioned by the Govt. from time to time. But I am drawn the revised pension only from March 2009 and also DR % is calculated less i.e 16% instead of 22% and w.e.f Jan. 2009 and 16% itself w.e.f July 2009 instead of 27% though sanction orders communicated by Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievences and Pensions. I requested the Bank Authorities of Guntakal and Anantapur Link Branch as well as CPPCell of SBI Head Office/Hyderabad twice for drawal of the arrears, but invain.
