[Resolved]  Railway Police — Fake case filing

I hate the police system that they have to capture at least some no of cases per month.The incident happened on 27-Jun-2012 at Madurai. We were about to travel to Chennai with a confirmed ticket. we wrongly understood that our train is moving and we were running along with train slowly, but we were not able to catch the train and we were at platform only. The station master noticed us and meanwhile some one from trian pulled the chain.
The Railway police forced us to sign the FIR saying we pulled the train though the station master asked the police to leave this as he noticed we were in platform only. But they didnt listen to his word and they are keen to get the case.

Finally they didnt allow us to travel in our confirmed train which is more painful. The station master got angry and he shouted at them, but there is of no use. I dont know why they are treating passenger as criminal. Will someone from department will take care of removal of this condition given to the police.
