raj — cancellation of demand notice & refund of money
Sir,I have applied for new connection vide demand No.134424, request No.[protected], dated 18.07.2008, and have deposited Rs.3600/- on dated 29.07.2008 (copy receiptenclosed &by courier).due to unavoidable circumstances i am not interested in taking the above connection and request for to refund my deposit amount of Rs.3, 600/-. As described i am also enclosing herewith photocopy of my I.D. Proof.& other call center
