[Resolved]  Raj Kumar Goel Institute of Technology — Refund of the caution money and money deposited

I, Saurabh chauhan(reg no- [protected]), was a engineering student[protected] in college R.K.G.I.T., Ghaziabad affiliated to G.B.T.U.(Formally known as UPTU).

In the final year(April 2010) a consultancy came to our college for the recruitment. Some of students were placed.Now to join that placement we were told by the college to deposit 35000 rupees. 15000 from this sum was to be deducted from our caution money and rest 20000 I deposited(jun 2010)in college. I was given joining along with two other on 1 September 2010.

We went to the company but the job profile that we were told didn’t match what we were given, so we communicated to the college training/placement department, we were told that we can leave the job and take our refund back.

So we left the job came back to the college.

Now its been more that a year and i haven’t got my refund back till date (Aug 2011)and none o[censored]s did get the refund back. During this i went to the college various times but they always had some excuse and last month they said they couldn’t do anything in the matter.
