We Mrs. and Mr. Shynu John had booked a ticket to Mumbai from Mahableshwar through makemytrip.com. But due to some reasons we were told that the bus was cancelled and we had to make our own arrangements and that the ticket amount will be refunded to us. But till now no action has been taken. When contacted at that time we were told that the refiund will be done within 15 working days. But till now no action has been taken. Please, do seriously look into the matter.
