Services is very bad not on time and the company should not have iso Standared certificate

1. the bus was not on time it was 2:00 hr late at the boarding place
2. at the border or gujarat and maharastra they told us that you need to change the bus there was not technical fault in bus though. the reason which i can understand is permit of the bus.
3. the bus was volvo but there was lots of voice and vibration in the bus and...
