[Resolved] Raj Travels — False Booking of the non existing bus service.
I am making this complaint against Raj Travels for issuing me an online ticket for a bus service from Mumbai to Surat, which was not operating for past 3 months. What surprised me the most that i have booked my ticket through their official online site www.raj.travel My credit card was debited to the respective cost of the ticket. At the date of travelling i was waiting for the bus to come and when i called up their office they said that this bus service is not operational for past 3 months. What disappointed me most is the rude behavior of their senior employee Mr. Tejas who told me to do whatever i want to when i said that i would file a case against you in consumer forum. They have promise to refund the amount but i am not very much bothered of the amount, because of such mistake on the company side, my entire planning for the day went for a toss. I reached surat with lot of difficulty. At the top of it the rude behavior of the employee, who instead of apologizing and helping me in making alternate arrangement spoke very rudely.
I would really like to file a suit against them in the consumer forum.
