On August 18, 2022, me and my husband traveled to Goa on a tour and you gave us the membership details of TOPLITE HOLIDAYS PVT.LTD. Address:- Neelam's The Grand Hotel, Post Office Road, Near KFC, Calangute, GOA-403516 Tours. To maintain customer confidence in membership, we granted membership to 45, 000 people over a five-year period. We also sent the customer a written payment receipt, bank information, and corresponding statement.
After some time, we called and emailed TOPLITE HOLIDAYS PVT.LTD. about travelling, they told that they would get back to them if there was availability. Our client then called TOPLITE HOLIDAYS PVT.LTD. customer service several times, but they never returned his calls. My client also emailed them but didn't get enough help in that either.

We contacted customer service several times and never received a call back. We also sent an email, but didn't get enough support for that either.

Accordingly, you have failed to meet my our legal obligations by giving us false confidence and false assurances. They also did not provide membership services to us regarding the tour. And you have not provided sufficient financial provisions to pay the money owed to us and you have not taken on us . And if you proceed as per the section “Precautions to recover the above money from me” then you will be liable to take legal action – Sections 406 and 422 of IPC, for which purpose we have already issued notice
I am therefore hereby informing you that within 15 days of receipt of this notice, he must pay the above statutory fee of Rs. 45, 000/- and cancellation of valid bank reservations for payment with interest till date. Account balances must also be cleared with payments.
