I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding my recent experience with Toplite Holidays.

I purchased a membership with your company, expecting to receive the promised services and benefits. However, despite multiple attempts to contact your team, I have not received any response or support regarding my membership. This lack of communication and service is highly unprofessional...

Me and my wife were in Goa where we got caught in a scam of Toplite Holidays Private Limited Company in March 2022.

We were coming out of our hotel, on the way we were stopped by the company hired man, they have given us two coupon from different pocket and told company is giving free vacation on their anniversary.Till date no one has responded to calls or mails.We want full refund with bank interest.

We got caught in his trap...

    Me and my wife were in Goa where we got caught in a scam of Toplite Holidays Private Limited Company in April, 2022.

    We were coming out of KFC, on the way we were stopped by the company hired man, they have given us two coupon from different pocket and told company is giving free vacation on their anniversary.

    We got caught in his trap and went to the hotel Neelams the Grand, Goa. One of their condition was that they would scratch the card after we walk around the hotel and Know about their membership. We went to the hotel and then they took us to a room where a lady explained to us about the places to visit around the world, then showed us some pictures of couples traveling to different places across the world through this subscription. We decided to take the plan, we found this plan easy and affordable as it covers both national and international tours.

    We were promised that they only give 4*, 5* hotel bookings, and some yearly membership fee of 9k is charged, and nothing more. We decided to take an 10 years plan which was of 76K.
    As I didn't had a balance in my bank account, I did the payment with the credit card. Also, they took the signature in the agreement in haste and telling us its all what we have mentioned to you. that's why we have signed, and now they are denying on all things what they have promised.

    After few months, we saw the rating in the internet and then we got to know that we are part of the scam. Still this 2 years we thought we have paid and we should take services. I called them multiple times and its out of reach and then on alternate number which was picked after so many calls. The reservation lady told us to mail about Kerala trip and she has given list of hotels which are mainly 2* and 3* hotels.

    Now last week I mailed them about to give me availability for any 4* and 5* resort/hotel in Coorg for two rooms. As the sales person told us that we have 7 days for two years and we can use them for one trip with multiple rooms and claim at the same time. Now, the reservation lady is telling we have to pay for extra room on bonus charges as it is written on agreement. When I told about what sales representative told us she told me, " I don't know what they have said but it is clearly written in the agreement and when I shown my disagreement by saying, " that I am asking for what I have paid" she cut the call rudely and now not even picking up the call.

    When asked about the rooms in Coorg, she is telling we can give hotel availability based on dates. I asked you give us the date based on the availability which she is telling is not the company policy.

    And since last 1 month when we are trying to book/reserve hotels on multiple occasion over the period of 2 years they either-
    1. No response till 1 week time
    2. Mobile number not reachable given at website
    3. 2 and 3 star hotels are given

    The way the company representative is treating and behaving for the paid services and also not providing what they have promised. We want to cancel our membership and want our money back.

    Requesting sir to please look into this matter as we know we got ourselves into this scam. If you take proper action, no other people will get scammed for the same reason. The amount of stress, anxiety this company is creating to consumer will also be avoided.

    I humbly request to Indian government & Tourism Ministry of GOA(they told us their head office is in goa) please look into the matter and ask this company to return the payments.

    Dear madam,

    Please be appropriate in telling the details instead of false allegations. You have not provided me details of any resort which was asked last month. Instead, you have mailed me telling to remove the complaint then only we will provide the resort details. There is no certainty that if I remove the complaint you will provide me the services which were promised. Also, it depends on what kind of hotels you provide which is largely 2 start and 3 star and on top of that as your company policy states you need 9K as yearly maintenance fees for the services which are not been availed and provided.

    None of you from the team has tried calling and resolving it instead you people are torturing by saying if you don't take the complaint back we won't give the services for the money which we have paid.

    Requesting Tourism ministry of Goa to see in this matter and resolve it as the earliest. I won't leave this matter until it is resolved and will try to put a complaint directly to government of India.

      I purchased membership from toplite holiday’s representatives Aasma in Goa Neelam the grand hotel, calangute beach. It costed me around 2 lakh rs for 12 years memberships for 7 days each years with maintenance of 9999+gst each year.

      I have availed 7 days for year 2022 and wanted to avail for this year 2024. I have paid maintenance amount as well.

      But they are not responding to my calls and...

      I was caught by scam from Toplite Holidays Pvt Ltd. We went for vacation to goa and one person reached us with scratch coupon and ask that we may get a free gift and you have to listen to our offer once. We agreed and visited NEELAM GRAND HOTEL; Ms. Amisha was the person who talked to us. We have taken subscription with alternative years for the tenure of 5 years costing INR 42000 on March 2022 against Membership ID - TP140322/231. When we are trying to book the vacation, no one is responding to the mails, calls and even messages. Their official website is also of no use. I’m not getting any response from Toplite.

      Due to this I have to face extreme inconvenience and Mental agony which led to no trust with the toplite holidays. It also shows breaking of Contactual obligation by Toplite Holidays on their part. Therefore, it is kindly requested to refund me entire amount paid by me towards the services to be provided by Toplite Holidays through contract entered with as this amounts to deficiency of services. All the relevant documents are attached below.

        I bought this membership in Goa in 2021.

        Paid 1.75 in the name of Alternate membership that promised 7 nights of holidays every alternate year.
        After paying the maintenance charges for 2022 we could use 3-4 night by literally following up endlessly. Rest were carried up to 2024.

        Now when I am trying to contact with them, no response. They didn't pick the call for 3-4 days and now they have blocked my number.
        No further response to emails.

        This is literally scamming! If the company is shut, refund put money but at least respond!

          My wife and I got caught in a scam of Toplite Holidays Private Limited Company on 20th February, 2022 in Goa.
          We were going for a ride to fort, on the way we were stopped by the company hired man, he told us about his hotel anniversary that today is his hotel anniversary so he has a proposal for couples in which two cards will be given, if we become winners then we will get gifts at their hotels, by opening the cards she become the decided winner. We got caught in his trap and went to his hotel NEELAM GRAND HOTEL.One of their condition was that they would scratch the card after we walk around the hotel and Know about their membership. We went to the hotel and then they took us to a room where all the couples were already seated. We were also seated and explained how we can save both our money and time by subscribing to this company. Zakir through his list explained to us about the places to visit around the world, then showed us some pictures of couples traveling to different places across the world through this subscription. We also decided to take the plan, we found this plan easy and affordable as it covers both national and international tours.
          We got convinced that we will get free pickup and drop facility, 4*, 5* hotel, and 9000 maintenance charges per alternate year if we will travel through it, and nothing more.We decided to take an alternate 10 years plan which was of 80000. I had less money in my debit card, so I swiped 2 credit cards in which i got credit balance and converted into EMI from credit card, he converted EMI from his laptop. We were not even given a chance to read the agreement and they took our signature.
          we came to our hotel and read the review of the company, there were many negative comments regarding membership, we understood that we were caught in its trap. After one month we got our membership card delivered at our home address. Their were 2 cards, 1 on my wife's name and 2nd on my name with booklet of hotels were can book the stay. After 6 months we tried to book the travel but reservation team told there are booking available on the dates which we were looking for, so we asked for the available days but they were able to confirm us for 15 days while chasing them everyday.

          Now, no one is answering our calls, we want to cancel our membership and want our money back.
          I humbly request to Indian government & Tourism Ministry of GOA please look into the matter and ask this company to return the payments. These Highly Organized frauds with Honest & Innocents Tourist which bleed honest citizens from their hard earned money.

            On August 18, 2022, me and my husband traveled to Goa on a tour and you gave us the membership details of TOPLITE HOLIDAYS PVT.LTD. Address:- Neelam's The Grand Hotel, Post Office Road, Near KFC, Calangute, GOA-403516 Tours. To maintain customer confidence in membership, we granted membership to 45, 000 people over a five-year period. We also sent the customer a written payment receipt, bank information, and corresponding statement.

            After some time, we called and emailed TOPLITE HOLIDAYS PVT.LTD. about travelling, they told that they would get back to them if there was availability. Our client then called TOPLITE HOLIDAYS PVT.LTD. customer service several times, but they never returned his calls. My client also emailed them but didn't get enough help in that either.

            After some time, we called and emailed TOPLITE HOLIDAYS PVT.LTD. Regarding the trip to jaipur, they told that they would get back to them if there was availability. We contacted customer service several times and never received a call back. We also sent an email, but didn't get enough support for that either.

            We visited this website(https://www.consumercomplaints.in/toplite-holidays-fraud-by-toplite-holi... to get more information about Toplight and found out that this company has already scammed many people.

            Accordingly, you have failed to meet my our legal obligations by giving us false confidence and false assurances. They also did not provide membership services to us regarding the tour. And you have not provided sufficient financial provisions to pay the money owed to us and you have not taken on us . And if you proceed as per the section “Precautions to recover the above money from me” then you will be liable to take legal action – Sections 406 and 422 of IPC, for which purpose we have already issued notice

            I am therefore hereby informing you that within 15 days of receipt of this notice, he must pay the above statutory fee of Rs. 45, 000/- and cancellation of valid bank reservations for payment with interest till date. Account balances must also be cleared with payments.

We went for vacation to goa and one person reached us with scratch coupon and ask that we may get a free gift and you have to listen to our offer once. We agreed and visited NEELAM GRAND HOTEL Mrs Pratyusha was the person who cheated us.[protected] We want our money back... We have taken subscription with alternative years 85000 on April 2022 and later discovered that the company is nothing but fraud. I’m not getting any response from Toplite They not responding for calls and emails are getting delivered.
              I want to cancel my subscription with Toplite...

                We (In the name of my Wife) have entered into a contact with Toplite Holidays Pvt. Ltd. on December 22, 2021. They assured us through contarct of providing Hotel rooms 7 days a year for 10 years. My Membership ID - TPAN221221/068.

                For booking of Hotel in the year 2023, I tried contacting toplite holidays pvt.ltd. through customer care no. [protected] on 18 November, 2023, Saturday at 2:30 PM twice but no response was received. Also, I tried calling landline Number[protected] but it is not in Existence. I also tried to contact throught all the emails linked with Toplite Holidays but could not get response from them. I kept trying these available options but no response from toplite holidays.

                Despite multiple try to establish contact, No communication was possible on contact details provided by Toplite Holidays Pvt Ltd be it Customer care mobile or Landline Number or Email IDs or Website i.e. www.topliteholidays.com, with Toplite Holidays Pvt Ltd either no one responded or number switched off or not in existence.

                Due to this I have to face extreme inconvenience and Mental agony which led to no trust with the toplite holidays. it also shows breaking of Contactual obligation by Toplight Holidays on their part. therefore, it is kindly requested to refund me entire amount paid by me towards the services to be provided by Toplite Holidays through contract entered with as this amounts to deficiency of services.

                  We were caught by a guy when me and my husband had gone for a trip to goa and he explained about the toplite company anniversary event and hence we received a coupon where he said that I won a coupon and they took us to Hotel Neelam grands where they explained about the life term membership policy and we decided to opt for it. We made a payment of rupees 1, 86, 000 and they gave us the bond however did not sent us the welcome kit for 2 years. The coupon I won said that we can visit one of the four places mentioned with 2 nights 3 days stay free from any of their partnered resorts. They are not responding to our mails or calls and we now came across that the company is closed forever. I have also paid the AMC fees to book the resort. But they did not respond after that. We would like to get the amount back and lodging this complaint for the same. Please help

                        We were going to Radhanagar beach, on the way we were stopped by the company hired man, he told us about his hotel anniversary that today is his hotel anniversary so he has a proposal for couples in which two cards will be given, if we become winners then we will get gifts at their hotels, by opening the cards she become the decided winner. We got caught in his trap and went to his hotel TSG Blue resort and spa. One of their condition was that they would scratch the card after we walk around the hotel and Know about their membership. We went to the hotel and then they took us to a room where all the couples were already seated. We were also seated and explained how we can save both our money and time by subscribing to this company. Rashid through his list explained to us about the places to visit around the world, then showed us some pictures of couples traveling to different places across the world through this subscription. We also decided to take the plan, we found this plan easy and affordable as it covers both national and international tours.

                        We are fully promised that we will get free pickup and drop facility, 4*, 5* hotel, and 9000+ maintenance charges per alternate year if we will travel through it, and nothing more. We decided to take an alternate 10 years plan which was of 1 lakh and 50000. I had less money in my debit card, so we were offered EMI. Asked to do EMI from credit card but due to slow internet, he converted EMI from his laptop. We were not even given a chance to read the agreement and they took our signature.
                        After 2 months we received our membership cards. Last year we availed one day in kerala by paying 9000+ charges. Now when we are trying to book/reserve hotels, they are not responding. And when we go through the internet we found that they have cheated many. we tried calling them but no one is answering our calls, we want to cancel our membership and want our money back.
                        I humbly request to Indian government & Tourism Ministry of GOA(they told us their head office is in goa) please look into the matter and ask this company to return the payments. These Highly Organized frauds with Honest & Innocents Tourist which bleed honest citizens from their hard earned money in this most Difficult time of COV 19.

                          Hi Team,
                          My name is Zubair.

                          The sale person name is Mehraj Rasool, he is from Baramulla Kashmir.
                          I want the refund because they promised they will provide 4 star hotel however when we asked to book it they do not have any 4 star hotel, they are providing 1 star hotel in which we cannot go with our family.
                          They don't pick our call, reply to emails and revert to WhatsApp msg.
                          All the services are below average.

                          I have been asking for refund from my email however they never revert to me.
                          I don't want to use your services anymore so please initiate my refund(hard earned money).

We have taken subscription with alternative years 80000 on April 2022 and later discovered that the company is nothing but fraud.                               I was caught by scam from Toplite Holidays Pvt Ltd. We went for vacation to goa and one person reached us with scratch coupon and ask that we may get a free gift and you have to listen to our offer once. We agreed and visited NEELAM GRAND HOTEL which was part of their company ( as per their saying). Initially we listen to them and then denied to take membership as we don't travel often and membership was also too high. They were not letting us go and offered 50k memberbership for 5 years and waveoff the EMI and taxes, so transaction would be for 42k but services will be for 50K they said. Also they were not letting us use cellphones so that we could investigate about the company. Finally they succeed in convincing us and we paid the membership through EMI.

                              in Oct 2023 around 23 we decided to plan holiday so I called customer care services to get details, but no one answered. So I keep calling till 3-4 days. Finally customer call number replied and got angry on me said that why don't you understand it's a long holiday of Dussehra and I had taken leave, also denied to give any information about my membership and asked to do mail.

                              Then I got busy in somewhere else and sent mail on 27 Nov 2023. But mail delivery failed for "[protected]@topliteholidays.com". So tried to reach out another email address which were provided on welcome kit, "[protected]@topliteholidays.com". Mail delivery failed for this email also. As a next step I tried to get contact details through website but it is also down.

                              Desirable resolution:
                              They have cheated us and not providing proper customer care. I request you to please help me refund my 50K INR.

                                We visited Goa in December 2021, one sales person came and said it’s our company anniversary and we have packages for lucky person and invites as in Nilam grand hotels Goa. Explain the toplite holidays plan and we paid money. Mrs Ashama and mr Asif was the person who cheated us. We want our money back.

                                  I regret to inform you that my experience with Top Lite Holidays has been a nightmare. I have purchased a subscription worth INR 70000 on 08 March 2022 and later discovered that the company is nothing but fraud. I had wasted months to cancel my subscription but waited Toplite to pick my calls and answer to my mails,
                                  it took them forever to reply. They didn't pay attention any of my complaints.
                                  I had given up on them and thought I could use membership. But their website is non-functional, making it impossible to access any information or services. Furthermore, all attempts to contact them through their provided phone numbers have proven futile, as the calls go unanswered or result in disconnected lines. Emails sent to the company bounce back undelivered, adding to the frustration. I have not been able to use the subscription at all, and it has become evident that Top Lite Holidays is engaged in deceptive practices. It is disheartening to see such dishonest practices and I hope that appropriate action is taken against Top Lite Holidays to prevent others from falling victim to their deceitful tactics.

                                  Its been almost 2 months since the above complainant. However no response from anyone till now. Toplite still not available on mail nor phone.

                                    We were going for a walk on radhanagar beach, on the way we were stopped by the company hired man, he told us about his hotel anniversary that today is his hotel anniversary so he has a proposal for couples in which two cards...
